	May 11th, 2017	This release includes the changes necessary to transition from the EPay online credit card payment provider to our new payment provider, First Data. The same credit cards are accepted (Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express). The first change you will notice is the Recap page has been reformatted to use most of the available screen width. There are no changes to the information displayed except that it displays whether late fees have been assessed. The buttons have not changed. When you click the button "Go To Check Out" and the amount due is greater than $0, you will be prompted on the next page to confirm that you understand and agree to be redirected outside of the Pa Drug, Device and Cosmetic web site domain, to the First Data check out page. The First Data payment page looks much different than the check out page you are accustomed to, but it is very straightforward to use. Your name, billing zip code, and amount due will be filled in for you. You may make changes to the name and billing zip if they are not correct for the credit card you wish to use. Also, you may enter an email address to which First Data will send an automated receipt if the transaction is approved. We encourage users to enter an email address here. The commonwealth does not save the email address entered here. After entering your credit card number, expiration month and year, card security code, and email address, click the "Pay With Your Credit Card" button at the bottom of the screen to process your the payment request. If the transaction is approved, you will be presented with a web page receipt. We encourage users to print this page for their records. No credit card details are stored in the Pa Drug, Device and Cosmetic web site. You may click the link at the bottom of the receipt to return to the Pa Drug, Device and Cosmetic web site.
