2026 Annual Registration for Organized Camps

This form is used to register your organized camp(s) with the Pa. Department of Health for the 2026 season (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027).
This year we are offering the option of registering your camps for multiple seasons at a time. Please be aware that each registration is $10 per season.
If you would like to continue to register 2 seasons your total would be $20. To register for multiple seasons, simply select the registration year checkboxes and input the camp information for both years.

Registration for the 2026 season is due by June 30, 2026.
